Hi All!
Thanks so much for joining me on this new endeavour of ‘blogging’. Last year I had my website redone by a 3rd party, and they recommended doing a blog. I thought long and hard about what I could write about and truthfully resisted it for a long time because it just simply felt like more work.
I have been struggling a lot with authentic expression and connection these days on social media. It has become a mine field of trauma, opinions, self censoring with flashes of beadwork and joy, and I am truly just exhausted. So – I do not wish to dwell or delve into any of that. I only mention it to provide context to what you might find here.
I deeply want to commit to a style, a date, a general topic or format you will find here – but that actually defeats the purpose of being able to use this space to share and embrace creativity. So sometimes it might be updates, other times stories, thoughts, projects or just a bunch of words haphazardly strewn about the page. Who knows.
So, with that in mind – proceed if you like and don’t if you don’t!
